THE STORY

The mind was never broken. We just didn't know how to read it.

Flipping the models. Questioning the frameworks. Building the institute that should have existed 30 years ago.

WHO HE IS

Muhammad Seedat

Muhammad Seedat is a South African-born innovator and systems thinker. Industrial Engineer by training.

He is building a global voice in neuro-developmental science. Everything built here is under his name. He is the lead researcher, founder, and author on all outputs.

“The mind was never broken. We just didn't know how to read it.”

THE WHY

What if we flipped the whole model?

While working and building systems — and watching as the silent observer — Muhammad kept asking a question he couldn't stop asking:

Why can't we shift the paradigm — and view these as super-powers rather than disabilities?

Flip the models. Flip the way of thinking. Flip it all. Question everything. Rethink everything.

That question is the goal of The Decode Institute.

THE PROBLEM HE IDENTIFIED

70 years. Wrong ruler. Massive harm.

For 70 years, autism has been measured with the wrong ruler. A linear “spectrum” built on data from white boys in the 1970s. The world's most powerful cognitive profiles are misclassified as disorders, medicated into compliance, trained out of authenticity.

Then came 2025. A Stanford study found that the fastest-evolving neurons in the human brain — the L2/3 IT neurons that most distinguish us from other apes — are the same neurons where autism genes concentrate.

Autism is not a deviation from human evolution.

It may be human evolution expressed at full intensity.
